You can place orders via Email or WhatsApp. Once we receive your order information, we will confirm and send a Proforma Invoice / Order Confirmation within 24 hours. To get a fast quote, please provide the required information below.

Required information in the email:

• Product code / name
• Quantity
• Specification / Color / Packing requirements
• Required delivery date
• Incoterm (FOB / EXW / CIF, etc.)
• Destination port / delivery address
• Payment terms (T/T, L/C, PayPal, credit card, etc.)
• Contact person, phone, company name, VAT number (if needed)
• Attachments: drawings, inspection standards, PO file, packing list if available.

Typical steps after we receive your email:

1. We review and reply within 24 hours with availability and ETA.
2. If confirmed, we issue a Proforma Invoice / Order Confirmation with payment instructions.
3. After payment receipt, we arrange production/shipment and send shipping notice & tracking.
